What happens to a note you send.

If you use the form, Karinka keeps your name, email, phone if you gave one, your message, and the names of any pieces in your enquiry. The note is stored as a file on the website server so it can be read and replied to.

It is not sold, and it is not added to a mailing list. It is used to answer you. If an email address is set in the site settings, a copy is also emailed to Karinka.

The site does not run a shop account, and it does not ask for a card number. Instagram is a separate service. If you send a direct message there, Instagram’s own terms apply.

To ask about a note you have sent, write again from the same email, or message @karinkajewellery.
